If damage, severe wear and looseness are found, they should be replaced, repaired and tightened in time to avoid major accidents; when the machine is out of use, dust and dirt on the surface should be wiped off. If parked in the open air, cover it with a tarpaulin to prevent the machine from rusting. Common troubleshooting. During use, if the grass between the upper and lower feed rollers of the straw chopper is blocked, the main reason for the failure is that the feed volume is too large, causing the grass to be blocked and entangled between the lower feed roller and the bridge. The solution is: after stopping the machine, turn the main shaft pulley by hand to pour out the blocked grass, and then clean the grass blocked and entangled in the feed roller; Is the grass produced by the straw chopper shredded? If the grass section cut by the shredder is too long, the main reasons for the failure are: the gap between the moving and fixed blades is large; or the moving and fixed blades are not sharp. When troubleshooting, you can adjust the chopping gap to make it smaller, and sharpen the blade to keep the blade edge sharp.
