How to prevent tragedies like frequent accidents during the use of grass cutting machines?

Due to the fact that the quality of grass cutters involves the personal safety of farmers, the government attaches great importance to the quality supervision of grass cutters. In 2003, the country began implementing a production license system for grass cutting machines. The license system is mandatory, and production enterprises are not allowed to produce and sell products without obtaining a production license. Due to its relatively simple structure and ease of manufacturing, many production enterprises are able to produce grass cutters. According to incomplete statistics, there are currently more than 450 grass cutting machine production enterprises in China, but only 340 enterprises have obtained production licenses, accounting for 76% of the total. There are still 24% of enterprises in a state of unlicensed and illegal production. The grass cutting machines produced by these 24% of enterprises are enough to make farmers suffer from the pain of cutting their hands. The lack of supervision over these 24% of enterprises indicates that administrative management work is not yet in place.

The agricultural mechanization industry is a cause highly valued by governments at all levels in China, a cause for building a strong country and enriching the people, and a cause pursued and fought for by generations of agricultural machinery workers. We agricultural machinery workers eagerly hope that the agricultural mechanization industry will bring convenience, wealth, and happiness to farmers, rather than pain, sorrow, and disaster. Especially not caused by the low technical level and uncomplicated manufacturing process of the grass cutting machine. The relevant parties have the responsibility and ability to take practical measures to achieve the goal of preventing farmers from suffering the pain of amputation again
