I. Check the Product Source First
Firstly, you need to make sure that the company has a production base. Never buy from those shell companies. Some shell companies are frauds. Even if they are not frauds, the product prices will be inflated. After all, they still have to purchase from the manufacturers and then add a certain amount of money on top of the manufacturers' prices. If you don't want to waste money, don't buy from shell companies.
II. Then Look at the Product Model
First, consult the manufacturer about the hourly output of machines of different models, and then consider how much output you need. Here's what you should pay attention to: If it's possible to watch the actual on-site operation, ask to see it. If it can't be achieved due to geographical issues, watch the actual operation videos instead. Because some manufacturers claim that their machines can produce 30 tons per hour, but the actual output is less than 10 tons. In that case, don't buy it no matter how cheap it is. The higher the motor power is, the higher the output will be. Under normal circumstances, the larger and heavier the machine will be. Therefore, if you see a machine that is very small but has a very high motor power, you should be careful!
III. Then Look at the Product Price
This is related to the product model. For the same model, you can check whether the product is a national inspection-qualified product. Some manufacturers' products are simply unqualified, and their relative prices are lower. For example, each of our machines is sold after passing the national inspection. However, some so-called factory-direct sales are actually from small workshops and are three-no products (products without a factory name, without production date, and without a quality certificate), which are not reliable.
IV. Focus on After-sales Service
Ask about the after-sales service of each manufacturer. For example, some offer one-year after-sales service during which they will replace any broken parts and solve any problems. However, some manufacturers or dealers don't have a sound after-sales system and won't care about the machines they have sold.
