What Are The Problems in The Straw Pellet Machine During The Molding Process?

1. Bent rod body: too much moisture in the raw material.

2. Backgassing: During the production process, due to insufficient feed, gas is ejected outward from the feed port. It may also be caused by excessive moisture in the raw material, insufficient heating temperature, etc.

3. Bright surface: The cross section of the rod has a bright light. Although the density is good, the hardness is not good. This is the reason why the initial part of the first spiral is too steep, and it should be polished smooth.

4. The center density of the rod is small, or it contains scattered sawdust: This is because the wear of the root diameter of the propeller shaft tip needs to be supplemented and thickened. Incorrect shaft tip can also cause the above problems and need to be corrected at high temperature.

5. Surface cracks: Excessive moisture in the raw material can easily cause horizontal cracks on the rod body, and too little moisture can cause longitudinal cracks. In addition, excessive heating temperature can cause excessive softening of the raw material, resulting in insufficient material supply. This can also cause cracks. The general solution is to increase the screw diameter, or polish the screw wall to increase the gear distance between the screws.

6. The straw pellet machine has no rod: the heating temperature is too high or too low, the forming sleeve is severely worn, the propeller angle is inconsistent, and the moisture content of the raw material is too high. When the forming machine is working normally, the forming rod is evenly squeezed out of the sleeve. The rod should be black-brown, with uniform hardness, smooth surface, no cracks, smooth surface of the center hole, and smooth exhaust.

7. The straw pellet machine may have the following reasons: improper temperature control, excessive water in the raw material, propeller wear, incorrect shaft tip, blocked exhaust hole, too large or too small spiral, serious sleeve wear, etc. In this case, the above reasons should be compared one by one, and corresponding adjustments should be made after finding the cause;
