Inspection and debugging of grass cutter

After the mower is installed, the next step is to check and debug before use to prevent problems during work.

First, we open the upper shell of the mower to make sure there is no debris in the machine.

Then, use a feeler gauge to check the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife. The gap value range is 0.5 mm-1.5 mm. When chopping harder silage straw, the larger value of the gap should be taken, that is, 1.5 mm. When adjusting the blade gap, first loosen the 3 fixing bolts connecting the moving blade and the knife disc appropriately, and then rotate the 4 adjusting bolts. After adjusting the gap, tighten the fixing bolts first, and then check again with a feeler gauge.

Finally, rotate the 4 adjusting bolts. Check whether the positioning bolts of the knife disc and the shaft are tightened in place, and whether the positioning bolts are locked is also one of the important things. This is related to the safety of use, so farmers should never be careless.

Important: Before starting the machine, check whether the fasteners of each part are connected reliably. After all parts have been checked, you can start using the grass mower.
