Is The Pellets Produced By The Feed Pellet Machine Clinker?

The pellets produced by the feed pellet machine are clinker. This feature is mainly due to its unique granulation principle and mechanical structure. During the granulation process, the feed pellet machine precisely controls the material flow rate, uses a stirring paddle and steam to modulate the granulation, and ensures that the powder is formed at a suitable temperature (usually 64~84℃) and humidity (generally 14%~16%). This link not only makes the feed pellets compact, but also retains the nutrients of the feed, while realizing the maturation of the feed, which is beneficial to the digestion and absorption of animals.

The process of producing clinker from the feed pellet machine is a complex and delicate process, which mainly includes the following steps:

1. Mixing: First, the crushed raw materials are mixed according to the predetermined formula to ensure the balance of various nutrients. During the mixing process, an appropriate amount of water and steam may be added to adjust the humidity and temperature of the material to prepare for subsequent granulation.

2. Granulation: The evenly mixed material is fed into the granulation chamber of the feed pellet machine. In the granulation chamber, the material is subjected to strong pressure and friction and is squeezed into granules through the die hole. During this process, due to the effects of high temperature and high pressure, the starch in the material will gelatinize and the protein will denature, making the pellet feed mature and easy for animals to digest and absorb.

3. Cooling: The temperature of the newly produced pellet feed is high and needs to be cooled. The cooler cools the pellets through air or water to prevent them from deteriorating or deforming due to excessive temperature.

4. Screening and packaging: The cooled pellet feed needs to be screened to remove unqualified products and impurities. The qualified pellet feed after screening is sent to the packaging machine for packaging for storage and transportation.
