There are tips for disassembling and assembling agricultural machinery during maintenance: After being used for a long time, agricultural machinery may sometimes have some malfunctions, which requires us to disassemble it for maintenance work.
During the maintenance of agricultural machinery, disassembly and assembly are often carried out. There are many types, brands and different structures of agricultural machinery. If it is disassembled and assembled randomly, it is easy to damage the agricultural machinery. Therefore, during disassembly and assembly, it should be carried out strictly in accordance with the procedures.
Disassembly. According to the different structures of agricultural machinery, the operation procedures should be considered in advance to avoid reversing the order. When disassembling, it should be carried out from the outside to the inside and from the top to the bottom. Special tools should be used during the operation, and it is prohibited to directly knock on the parts with a hammer. The loosening direction of the parts should be clearly understood. For precision parts, careful operation should be taken. For example, long shaft parts like screw rods should be lifted with ropes and wrapped with cloth to prevent bending, deformation and damage. The disassembled parts should be placed on wooden racks, in wooden boxes or in part trays in sequence as required, and should not be placed on the ground to prevent them from being damaged or rusted. The disassembled parts should be assembled together according to the original structure as much as possible, such as shafts, gears, screws, washers, dowel pins, etc. For parts that are processed in sets or are not interchangeable, marks should be made before disassembly and they should be strung together with ropes to avoid confusion, such as gear sets, valves and valve seats, oil pipe joints, etc., and the parts on the valve should be stuffed into the original valve body. For parts that do not need to be repaired and can still be used, they should not be disassembled or placed randomly, such as splines and gears, shafts and bearings, etc. To facilitate the inspection of parts, the disassembled parts should be cleaned as necessary and then coated with engine oil to prevent rusting.
Installation. When assembling agricultural machinery, it should be carried out in the order from the inside to the outside and from the top to the bottom, following the principle of not affecting the next process. During the operation, important and complex parts should be checked repeatedly to avoid incorrect installation or missing installation. During installation, attention should be paid to preventing dirt from entering the parts. During the installation process, it should also be checked item by item strictly according to the technical requirements. After the machine is assembled, it must be adjusted and test-run in a timely manner.
Master the skills of disassembling and assembling agricultural machinery, conduct correct maintenance, and ensure the normal use of agricultural machinery in the future.
